Warranty repair is a free service, which can be used up to 30 days from the order delivery. From this date onward, the jewelry needs to be viewed and checked by our experts to understand the reason for the damage. In this case, the repair assistance could be free if the experts realise that the jewel has a manufacturing defect. Otherwise, it will be at the customer's expense.
Gioielli di Valenza provides its customers with a repair service on its products. The time required can change depending on the type of jewelry. The repair usually takes 10 days, but the waiting can be longer according to the company’s workload and urgencies.

No, we don’t have a printed catalogue because we always produce and upload new jewelry on our website. We only have a printed catalogue of our wedding rings, available in our shops in Italy.

If the jewelry was purchased on our online store, you have to write an email to [email protected] with the order details, such as Name, Surname and order number.
If the jewelry was purchased in one of our shops, you should go directly to the shop where you bought it and make a request to our staff; in this case you can also write to [email protected] , specifying the store in which the purchase was made. We will reply to your complaint as soon as possible.
All the articles of a single order will be normally shipped together.
