The decision to make a return of the purchased jewelry piece must be communicated within 30 (thirty) days from the delivery date
A formal request has to be sent from your personal account used to make the order from our website.
How to do it?
- Log in to your account
- Go to the “order history and details” section and write the reason for the return
Once we receive the return request, our team will send you an email with the return authorization, the return code and the instructions to resend us back the item.
The customer has to ship the jewelry back to us carefully packed within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of our return authorization at his/her own expenses, writing the Return code sent by Gioielli di Valenza on the parcel.

If you, for any reason, find yourself in Italy, you can return your jewelry piece in one of our stores. In this case, you still have to abide to the 30 (thirty) days return policy.

If you opt for this return method, we kindly ask you to send us an email to [email protected] with the name of the shop in which you want to leave the jewelry. This email must be sent after submitting the formal return request from your personal account (instructions above).
Methods and deadlines for the refund
Pursuant to Article 56 of the D. Lgs. 206/05, Gioielli di Valenza will proceed to give your money back once we have received the product. Said product must be returned within 14 (Fourteen) days from the receipt of the return authorization email and it must be intact and undamaged. Shipping costs are not included in the refund.
Important:
- The refund will be made on the payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund will be made once Gioielli di Valenza has received the intact item and after a thorough inspection of the product.
- The refund may be denied by Gioielli di Valenza if the customer does not respect the return terms (see below)
Customized Products
Pursuant to Article 55, (2)(c) of the Italian Consumer Code, customized or tailor-made products cannot be returned and therefore refunded.
Returns Terms
- The jewelry pieces must not have been used or customized.
- The products must not show signs of wear or scratches.
- The quality certificate must be in the packaging.
- The GV Tag must be intact and not separated from the product
