Gioielli di Valenza ships and delivers its jewelry pieces in the European Union using DHL and GLS. All of our shipments are free of charge and insured for the total amount of the purchased item.
Our Made in Italy jewelry is handmade by our skilled craftsmen. Therefore, each model has different production times written on the product information page, which varies according to the jewelry type.
Nevertheless, actual production times could also be shorter depending on availability.
Delivery timelines usually go from 2 to 4 business days.
Couriers don’t deliver on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays: your jewelry pieces will be shipped and delivered only on working days (Mo-Fr) from 9 am to 6 pm.
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email to the address used for the registration, in which you will find the shipment confirmation and the tracking link you can use on the courier’s page to track the shipment.
Foreign Transaction Fees
Gioielli di Valenza does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. We are not responsible neither for any additional costs charged by your bank nor for any foreign transaction fee. Hence, we are not able to provide a refund for them. Commission fees may apply to customers purchasing from Nordic Countries, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania.
