All our shipments are insured for the total amount of the jewels without any additional cost.
Our jewels are handmade, created from our craftsmen and put at the end customer’s disposal.
Every model has different production times written on the product information page, which varies according to the jewel type.
In spite of that, the times could also be shorter depending on availability.
Delivery times usually go from 2 to 4 working days, which should be added to the number of working days indicated on the product page.
Couriers don’t deliver on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays: the jewels will be shipped and delivered just on working days (Mo-Fr) from 9 am to 6 pm.
As soon as your order will be shipped, we will send you an email to the address used for the registration, in which you will find the shipment confirmation and the tracking link usable on the courier’s page to track the shipment.
