Yes, the engraving service is included in the final price. 

On all the engravable products information pages, there is a field in which you can enter the characters to be engraved.

Is it possible to add a gift box?

Gioielli di Valenza’s gift box is free and already included in the parcel.

Are there other ring sizes besides the ones I see?

You can find all the available sizes for each of our rings’ models on the information page: you can choose the size before your purchase and you can also read our size guide in order to find out the right one.

Are the items original and new?

Gioielli di Valenza guarantees the authenticity and quality of its products.

What are the repair times?

Gioielli di Valenza provides its customer with a repair service on its products. The time required can change depending on the jewel. The repair usually lasts 4 or days, but the waiting can be longer according to the company’s amount of work.

Do you do wholesale?

We don’t usually provide this service. Anyway, if you would like to buy a big number of jewels, you can write to [email protected] and our staff will consider your request.

Is it possible to view a printed catalogue?

No, we don’t have a printed catalogue because it is too vast and always updating. We just have a printed catalogue of our wedding rings, available in our shops.

How can I search for a product on the Gioielli di Valenza website?

Is warranty repair free?

Warranty repair is a free service, which can be used up to 30 days from the receipt of the order. After this deadline, the jewel needs to be viewed by our experts to understand the reason for the damage. The assistance on the jewel could be free for the customer if the experts realises that the jewel has a manufacturing defect.

Which ring size should I buy?

You can select the size of your ring directly on the product page. If you’re not sure about the size, you can read our size guide, which is right on top of the size selection in the form of a PDF file and that contains the instructions to measure your finger properly and a scheme to compare the rings already at your disposal with our sizes. 

Where can I use the Gioielli di Valenza quality certificate?

Gioielli di Valenza’s quality certificate can be used in one of our stores or by writing an email to [email protected]. The staff is always ready to help you.

Who should I contact for complaints?

If the jewel was purchased on our online store, you have to write an email to [email protected] with the order details, such as Name, Surname and order number.

If the jewel was purchased in one of our shops, you should go directly to the shop where you bought the jewel and make a request to our staff; in this case you can also write to [email protected] , specifying the store, in which the purchase was made. We will answer your complaint as soon as possible.

In every product page of our website there is a technical data sheet where it is possible to find all the information of the jewel in detail. If you can’t find the information that you need, you can write to [email protected]

Will the items be shipped together or individually?

All the articles of a single order will be normally shipped together.

If you want to get an item earlier and this has a shorter preparation time than the other ones, it is advisable to place two separate orders, so that if one of the two articles is ready earlier, it will be shipped sooner.
