- Bank Transfer: after the checkout process, the bank details will be provided by email in order to make the transfer of the order amount;

- Paypal: you can also purchase with Paypal and use the option PayPal PayLater, which allows you to split the order amount into 3 installments.

- Scalapay: With Scalapay, you can split the payment of your order into 3 or 4 interest-free installments. This option is available for purchases between €200 and €4999. If you choose to pay in 4 installments, a service fee will be applied.

We will process the order, as soon as we can see your payment in our bank account. As your order changes status in “In preparation” you must count the working days needed for the shipment, which could be found easily on every product information page. The products are handcrafted and created directly by our artisans: therefore every article has a different shipping time based on production. After the preparation, the jewel will be packaged and shipped to the given address.
