It is possible to make a return in the presence of the following conditions:
- The jewels must not have been used or customized.
- The products must not show signs of wear or scratches.
- The quality certificate must be in the packaging.
- The GV Tag must be intact and not separated from the product.
In any case, the gift box will not be refunded.
You can send a return request directly from your account with the possibility to indicate the reason why you would like to return the product. You will be contacted by our customer care, who will give you the authorization and all the instructions to make the return.
You can leave the jewel in one of our stores if it’s more comfortable for you: in this case we ask you to tell us in which store you are going to leave the jewel, by writing an email to [email protected]
Pursuant to the article 56 of Legislative Decree 206/05, Gioielli di Valenza will refund all the payments within 14 days from the return request, except for the delivery costs.
