Returns and Refunds

It is possible to make a return in the presence of the following conditions:

  • The jewels must not have been used or customized.
  • The products must not show signs of wear or scratches.
  • The quality certificate must be in the packaging. 
  • The GV Tag must be intact and not separated from the product.

In any case, the gift box will not be refunded.

You can send a return request directly from your account with the possibility to indicate the reason why you would like to return the product. You will be contacted by our customer care, who will give you the authorization and all the instructions to make the return. 

You can leave the jewel in one of our stores if it’s more comfortable for you: in this case we ask you to tell us in which store you are going to leave the jewel, by writing an email to [email protected]

Pursuant to the article 56 of Legislative Decree 206/05, Gioielli di Valenza will refund all the payments within 14 days from the return request, except for the delivery costs. 

I don't like the jewel, can I change it?

Yes, you change the jewel within 30 days from the delivery date. You can ask for a change of the article or for a return. The change has to be asked by writing an email to [email protected]: you could discuss the possible ways to change the product with our customer care assistance. 

How does the refund work?

The refund methods change according to the payment method, chosen at the moment of the purchase.

  • If you paid by bank transfer, the order amount will be refunded directly to your bank account. Therefore, make sure to tell us your bank account number by writing an email to [email protected]
  • Payment with PayPal: the order amount will immediately be refunded on the PayPal account.
  • Payment by Credit Card: the amount will be refunded on the credit card used for the purchase.
How can I change my item?

If you want to change the jewels, you have to send a return request to [email protected].

It is possible to make a return in the presence of the following conditions:

The request must be sent within 30 days from the delivery date.

Do I have to tell you my IBAN for the refund?

If you paid by bank transfer, you have to tell us your bank account information by writing an email to [email protected] with the Iban and the bank account owner. 

How long will it take until I get my new item?

We will send the new item for your exchance as soon as we receive the jewels you wish to change.

How should I send the jewels in case of a return?

It is advisable to use the same packaging that we used for the shipment, if possible.

In case you don’t have it anymore, we suggest using a similar new one that must be well closed due to safety reasons.

We recommend removing or covering the possible other shipping labels.

Can I cancel my return request?

Yes, if you have already contacted our customer service for a return but you have changed your mind, you should send an email to [email protected] or call +39 0131-530255. The information we need in this case is the order number, name and surname.

I picked the wrong ring size, how can I change it?

If the order has not been shipped yet, you can call us on +39 0131-530255 or you can send an email to [email protected] with the order number, name and surname and the right size.

If the order has been already shipped, the jewel may be resized (bracelet or ring): to know about the possibility of resizing and the possible ways for the jewel’s pick-up, you should call us on +39 0131-530255 or send an email to [email protected]

The right of return is EXCLUDED, pursuant to article 55, paragraph 22, letter c of the consumer code, since they are customized products.

When will I get my refund?

Gioielli di Valenza will refund all the payments within 14 days from the return request, except for the delivery costs. The total amount will be refunded by Gioielli di Valenza just when the company gets the intact and undamaged product.

What do I have to write on the return shipment packaging?

If you decide to ship the jewels, you must write the following address:

Ufficio Web c/o GdV Via Vittorio Veneto – Ang. Via Zuffi snc, 15048 VALENZA (AL).

If you want to leave the jewel in one of our stores instead, you have to bring the product wrapped up and tell the shop assistant that the product has been purchased online, indicating name, surname, order number and the reason for the return.

Did Gioielli di Valenza receive my return?

If you have made a return in the last 3-4 days and you didn’t get any feedback, we ask you to contact our customer care by calling +39 0131-530255 or by writing an email to [email protected], in order to get some information.
