Can I modify an order?

You can modify your order only if it has not been shipped yet.

Please notice that any change in your order will cause a possible delivery delay of about 24/48 hours.

If the order was already shipped, it is no longer possible to modify it.

Can I add or remove items from my shopping cart?

If you want to add something to the cart, you just have to go to the product page of the jewel you would like to buy and click on “Add to cart”. 

If you would like to remove an item from your cart, you just have to click on the trash icon that you also can find in the checkout process and that you can find also in the cart preview, clicking on “Cart” next to your username.

Can I cancel an order?

Log into your account on and check the current order status in the “Order history and details” section.
