You have the chance to track your order and check the order status by logging into your account on our website, in the “Orders history and details” section. 

As soon as we will ship your order, we will send you the tracking number of the shipment to the email, which was used to place the order. With this number you can check the shipment status on the courier’s website. 

What is the delivery time?

Our jewels have different production and shipping times that are marked on the jewel page. Delivery times are about 1-3 business days which may vary by area.

Which couriers do you rely on?

Gioielli di Valenza’s jewels will be sent with DHL or GLS

Can I pay with cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery is currently not available.

What happens if I am not at home when the courier passes by?

When the courier does not find anyone at home, he will try to deliver on the following working day. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the jewel will be stored in the closest storage center and it will be possible to arrange a third delivery with Gioielli di Valenza.

What should I do with the tracking number?

The tracking number identifies your shipment. You can find it in the email with the confirmation, which will be sent just after the shipment.

By clicking on the link in the email, you can check the status on the courier’s website.

Can I use two different addresses for billing and shipping?

Yes, it is possible.
During the order checkout process, it is possible to write a different shipping address. 

Is the shipment free?

Shipments to all European Union countries are always free of charge.

Is it possible to ship to PO boxes?

No, it is not possible to ship to P.O. boxes.

Do you ship outside the EEC?

No, we do not ship outside the EEC.

Is it possible to anticipate the delivery date?

No, the order will be shipped just after its preparation: the expected time is indicated on the information page of every product.

Do you deliver also on public holidays?

No, deliveries don’t take place on national holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. Your jewels will be delivered just on working days (Mo-Fr) from 9am to 6pm

Is shipping insured?

Yes, our shipments are all strictly insured for the full value of the product without additional costs.

Why was there no receipt inside the box?

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to all European Union countries.

Gioielli di Valenza has a shop only for the Italian market (store.gioiellidivalenza.com) with deliveries in Italy only; for the German market (www.weissgold-valenza.de) with deliveries in Germany and Austria only; for the French market (www.bijoux-gv.fr) with deliveries in France only; for the Spanish market (www.joyas-gv.es) with deliveries in Spain only; for the European market (www.jewels-gv.com) with deliveries in the whole European Union except for Italy, Germany, Austria, France and Spain.

Can I change my shipping address?

If the order has not been shipped
You should write an email to [email protected] with the order identification number and the address of the new destination. 
Any change in the order may result in a possible delivery delay of 24/48 hours from the date indicated. 
Please notice that in the orders paid via PayPal the addresses cannot be modified. 

If the order has already been shipped
No, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address.
The courier will try to deliver twice to the given address. Just after the second failed attempt, it will be possible to change the address and reschedule the shipment. Therefore we suggest you tell us the new shipping address, so that we can reschedule it properly. 
If it is about a DHL shipment, you can change the shipping address by yourself, using the link you received. 

You can always check your order status in your profile, in the “Order history and details” section. 

How can I check my order status?

You can check your order status in your personal account in the “Order history and details” section.

I have received a damaged/defective/wrong article/ one of the items is missing

In case you received a damaged, defective or wrong article or one of the items is missing, we ask to contact our customer service, who will ask you to send a picture of the product.

You can write an email at [email protected] describing the problem with all the details.

Track your order

If you want to know the order status and where it is located, you need to login in your Gioielli di Valenza’s account and click on “Order history and details”.

Orders can have a different status:

  • Awaiting payment by bank transfer: we have just received your order and are waiting for your bank transfer.
  • Payment accepted: we have received your payment.
  • In preparation: we are preparing your order.
  • Shipped: the order has been shipped and you should had received the email with the tracking number to follow the order
Why haven't I received my order yet?

Order already shipped
If your order has already been shipped, you can see the order status change in “SHIPPED” in the “Order history and details'' section. You should have received our email with the shipment confirmation and the tracking link: by clicking on this link, you will find all the information related to the shipment’s status.

Order has not been shipped yet
If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can always check the current order status in the “Order history and details” section in your account.

Your order may not have arrived or been delayed because:

  • you chose the bank transfer as a payment method. We will process the order just when we will see the payment on our bank account. The order will be prepared in the times indicated on the product’s page.
  • you have placed the order, without having completed the payment in the checkout process. Your order will be processed once it will be paid and accounted. 
How much does the shipment cost?

Shipping to all European Union countries is always free of charge.

How will I be updated on the shipment of my order?

As soon as your order will be shipped, we will send you the shipment confirmation at the email used for the account registration with the tracking number, so that you can track the shipment. 

How long will the delivery take?

Our jewels are handmade and have different production times, changing according to the chosen item, which are indicated on the product information page.

The delivery times (from 1 to 3 days) must be added to the shipping ones indicated on the product page. 

Has my order been shipped?

To check if your order has been shipped, you must log in your Gioielli di Valenza account and click on the “Order history and details” section, where you can find the information about your last orders.

When will my order be shipped?

The order will be processed as soon as possible, on the strength of the times indicated on the product page.

I have not received my tracking code yet

Log into your account and click on your personal information, in order to find out if your order has been shipped. 

If the order has been shipped and you didn’t get the shipping confirmation email, the possible reasons may be:

  • you have entered the wrong email address when you have registered to our website
  • you deleted the email with the tracking number and the shipment confirmation
  • the email is the spam folder of your inbox

Check these option and if you still have issues, you can write an email to [email protected] to get our assistance

Is it possible to schedule the delivery?

No, it is not possible to schedule a delivery with the courier, because they deliver according to their daily plan.

If the courier doesn’t find anybody at home, he will automatically reschedule the delivery to the next working day. At the third attempt it will be possible to schedule the delivery by writing an email to [email protected] or by calling us on +39 0131-530255
