How can I check my loyalty points?

You can check your loyalty points directly from your online profile at www.jewels-gv.com in the “GdV Fidelity Card” section.

If you already have a loyalty card, you can enter its identification code during registration. This way, your online profile will display your updated points balance.

Can I use the virtual Fidelity Card created during registration at physical stores as well?

Yes, you can use the Fidelity Card you created on the online store at any Gioielli di Valenza physical store as well.

How do loyalty points work?

Gioielli di Valenza allows you to earn loyalty points through the GV Fidelity Card dedicated to our customers.

You can create an account on our online store and add your existing card if you have already made purchases at one of our physical stores.

If you don’t have a card yet, you can create a virtual one with a single click during registration.

You earn 2 loyalty points for every €1 spent. For example, once you reach 100 points, you can use them for a €1 discount.

Accumulated points can be redeemed directly at checkout and can also be used partially.

You can check your “Loyalty Points” balance in your online profile under the “Fidelity Card” section.

Is your Fidelity Card showing as deactivated?

Go to your profile under Additional Information and give your consent to create a Fidelity Card. Save your request, and in the same section, you can either request your virtual GdV Fidelity Card.
