1.1. The contract stipulated between Gioielli di Valenza S.P.A. and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Gioielli di Valenza S.P.A..
In the event that, faced of an order of two or more items, Gioielli di Valenza S.p.a. it will not be able to fulfill it entirely due to the lack of one or more items in stock, it will inform the customer of the possibility of partial evasion and after receiving confirmation it will proceed with the processing of the order according to the warehouse supply times.
This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general conditions and payment conditions transcribed below.
1.2. If the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure is completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep the present general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/05) on distance sales.
2.1 The Customer can only purchase the products present in the electronic catalog of Gioielli di Valenza S.P.A. at the time of placing the order, as described in the relevant information sheet . It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be fully representative of its characteristics, but differs in some details where it is a craft product.
We define handcrafted a product worked with accuracy, not as standards and therefore can be considered a single piece, the weight is to be considered indicative. 2.2. The correct reception and acceptance of the order is confirmed by Gioielli di Valenza S.p.A. by an e-mail reply sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
This confirmation message will contain Date and Time of execution of the order and a “Customer Order Number”, to be used in any further communication with Gioielli di Valenza S.P.A.
The message re-proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, according to the procedures described in this document.
2.3. In the case of non-acceptance of the order, Gioielli di Valenza S.P.A. guarantees to inform the Customer promptly.
3.1. At any time during the purchase procedure Gioielli di Valenza S.p.A. is able to know the information relating to the buyer’s credit card, transmitted via secure connection directly to the site of the bank that manages the transaction. No computerized archive of Gioielli di Valenza S.p.A will retain this data. In no case Gioielli di Valenza S.p.A. can therefore be held liable for any fraudulent and undue use of credit cards by third parties, upon payment of products purchased on www.gioiellidivalenza.com
4.1. Gioielli di Valenza S.P.A. can accept orders only with delivery in Italian territory.
4.2. For every order placed on www.gioiellidivalenza.com, Gioielli di Valenza S.p.A. issues a document of sale of the material sent, unless express request for invoice by customer that will be sent within the shipment, pursuant to Article 14 of the Presidential Decree 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by Customer at the time of the order shall prevail. No change in the invoice will be possible after the issuance of the same.
4.3. Delivery costs are to be paid by Gioielli di Valenza S.p.A, except for any transport Costs Contribution, explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed. The payment of the goods by Customer will take place using the method chosen when ordering. Nothing is more due to the customer than the total order.
4.4. No responsibility can be attributed to Gioielli di Valenza S.p.A. in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.
4.5.At the tie of delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check: a) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document; b) that the packaging is intact, undamaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
4.6.If there is any damage to the packaging and/or the product, it must be immediately contested, by writing “GOODS UNCHECKED/ RISERVA DI CONTROLLO" on the courier’s proof of delivery form (SPECIFYING THE REASON OF THE RESERVE, eg “perforated packaging paper”, “crushed wrapping paper”, etc.
Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer can not make any objection regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.
4.7. Any problems concerning the integrity, completeness or correspondence of the products received with the indication in the order confirmation e-mail (in particular the presence of the instructions and the guarantee certificate) must be reported within 7 days from the date delivery, according to the procedures provided for in this document.
4.8. In the event of lacked withdrawal within 10 working days of the material in storage at the warehouse of the courier because of repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the customer when ordering, the order will be returned to the stores of Gioielli di Valenza S.P.A., which will retain the amount corresponding to the cost of the storage of the goods at the Courier warehouses as well as the transportation fee of the goods to its warehouses.
4.9. In the event of lacked withdrawal by the buyer within 3 months, Gioielli di Valenza S.p.A. will retain the goods damaged, also as a penalty, and withheld an amount equal to the cost of the goods as a penalty.
4.10 Shipment will be made only within the Italian territory by Courier countersigned.
The shipping price, includig VAT, amount to € 4.80 for each order; this rate is valid exclusively for the Italian territory. In the case of orders over € 39, shipping costs will not be charged.
The articles are covered by a legal warranty on consumer goods, which covers conformity defects that occur within 24 months from the date of product delivery as required by the Community Directive 1999/44 / EC, also called "conformity warranty", which protects the customer in the event that the purchased products show conformity defects compared to the sales contract.
All items are accompanied by a warranty certificate from the manufacturer and are guaranteed by it. It’s also possible ship back us an item to be sent under warranty, only paying shipping way/return.
In case of failure, we are willing to pick up the good at one of our physical stores to repair it, according to the guarantee.
Warranty repairs are performed free, therefore shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Gioielli di Valenza S.p.A. takes care of its manufacturing production, with particular precision about object characteristics, gold and gems quality in thousandths and the workmanship always performed with particular meticulousness by our goldsmiths.
Warranty is considered about products quality, not covering any damage caused by using or by bad using of it. The company recommend to our customers to bring us jewellery regularly for a check: our goldsmiths will overhaul and clean it.
Gioielli di Valenza S.p.A. is the official dealer of all the Brands in its catalogue, therefore all products that can be purchased will be accompanied by an official Manufacturer's Warranty valid for 24 months. The company undertakes to provide its customers an updated list of the Authorized Service Centers for each brand.
The Customer has a period of 30 (thirty) days to withdraw from the receipt of goods.
Within this deadline, the customer must notify to the company the desire to withdraw from the contract with one of the following methods:
If the Customer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, he / she must not send any written communication.
Within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the Return Authorization Number, the customer will, at his own expense, send the product carefully packed, indicating on the packaging the Return Authorization Number attributed by Gioielli di Valenza, to the following address:

Pursuant to Article 56 of Legislative Decree 206/05, Gioielli di Valenza will refund all payments within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the customer's right exercitation, excluding delivery costs, in any case the customer will pay any costs as a consequence of refund.
For purchases made by bank transfer payment will proceed to be refunded by bank transfer.Gioielli di Valenza may withhold the refund until receipt of the product.
For purchases made by Credit Card, the refund will be a reversal of the transaction directly on the card.
For purchases made by PayPal payment, the refund will be made by crediting the customer's card.
Customer has the opportunity to fix size of bracelets, watches or rings. In this case, the Customer must send an email to email@example.com where he must indicate the size of his wrist or finger.
In cases of custom-made products, shipping times can take longer than two working days.
The right of withdrawal is EXCLUDED, pursuant to Article 55, paragraph 2, letter c, of the Consumer Code, as it is Custom Products.
- The products must not have been used or modified.
- Conditions must not show signs of wear, abrasion and scratches.
- The accompanying card must be intact and not separated from the object.
- The product must be accompanied by the enclosed warranty.
